You will
feel the day lengthening. Also, the healing benefits of getting up before
sunrise will be rewarding.
#Read 50 pages
Respect the advice of health experts that you should not go to bed for at least two hours after dinner. Moving away from TV screens, computer screens, and smartphone screens an hour before bedtime can lead to uninterrupted sleep. Use that time to read. Get a membership in a local library. Or if you are a salaried person, set aside money for a book or two a month.(If you read 50 pages a day for 300 days and read 15,000 pages at the end of the year) That's usually about 50 books. That habit mentally stabilizes you and enriches you with knowledge)
#Drink three to four cups of green
tea a day. ⁇
Green tea is one of the best antioxidants in our diet. Also, it does not bring sugar to the body. (Long-lived Okinawa residents in Japan drink at least five green tea a day)
#Watch at least three or four movies
a year. ⁇
Whenever
possible you should go to a movie theatre and watch movies. Enjoy the movie
without any advertisements or obstacles like on home TV. Download and watch
world class movies from the internet that cannot be seen in our cinemas. (Teach
children to watch movies)
#listen to music. ⁇
Listen to
soothing music. Instead of listening to European songs, they regularly listen
to the bands of musicians such as Beethoven, Mozart, and Bach. (They sing
loudly when we drink, but they sip a glass of wine and honey to the music)
Listen to the melodious voices like James
