What is Mental well-being ?

Mental health is, for me personally, the most valuable resource in the world. I mean, what resources, money, good looks, physical strength, and higher level of education, political power, and recognition do we have, but if your mind is not obedient and you cannot control your mind,  If you cannot control your mind, can you enjoy happiness? Think for a moment, feel lonely and think about yourself, 

Have you ever seen how easy it is to handle something when you are in a good mood? Inevitably you will be able to get your work done easily, efficiently and well managed during the times when you are happily mentally fit and not only will you be able to get more than one hundred percent results on your mental well-being without much effort.

                                                             


          

Therefore, we must be careful to maintain mental well-being far more than physical well-being. The body and the mind are interrelated. I write that the body is strengthened by the mind. The mind is also strengthened by the body. Maintaining a balance between the two is essential for a good lifestyle and a rich heart. The mind is also strengthened by the body. Maintaining a balance between the two is essential for a good lifestyle and a rich heart. Just think, if you have a strong healthy body, your mind will be happy and proud.

Otherwise a weak body if there is a sick body it will cause your mental weakness. But, if you have the mental strength, you can continue to exercise, get a strong body and health, and by having a job, or economic generation, you can strengthen your economy and get more calming, nutritious food, medicine and strengthen your body even more.


So you will understand what I have written above about the importance of body and mind and the interrelationship between body and mind. Recognize the importance of mental well-being to physical well-being, and physical well-being to your well-being.

Here yoga practice is a great program that can be done simultaneously for the development of both physical and mental aspects.
